Wire thread inserts are precision formed screw thread coils of stainless steel wire having a diamond shape cross section. Wire thread insert precision formed wire inserts are readily recognized and highly regarded products in the industry.
Wire Thread Inserts are made of cold rolled 18-8 grade Stainless Steel to AS7245 , MIL-I-8846 & DTD734 specifications.

Thread Insert Features
- 1. Enhance connection strength and improve connection conditions. Low-strength materials such as aluminum and magnesium are selected for wire thread inserts, which can avoid slippage and wrong teeth and obtain excellent connection performance.
- 2. Wear resistance. Used in frequently disassembled parts, it can greatly improve the service life of the thread.
